carbohydrates information

The most important energy supplier for humans are carbohydrates. The human body converts it into energy. Carbohydrates consist of a series of sugar molecules. The quality of carbohydrates is determined by the different composition of ingredients, from coal, water and oxygen molecules. For a healthy eating and balanced diet for a man it requires daily injections of 5-6 grams of carbohydrates per kilogram of normal weight. Carbohydrates are divided into different kinds of sugar:

▪ Simple = fruit sugar (fructose), sugar (glucose), mucus sugar of milk (galactose).

▪ Dual = maltose sugar (glucose and maltose = dextrose), milk sugar (lactose = glucose sugar and mucus) and household sugar (sucrose = glucose and fructose).

▪ Often = sugar crop and livestock strength

Single and double sugar immediately deliver energy, the blood sugar level increases. Often sugar will be needed for recovery, in the body it only will be split up. This has the consequence that the blood sugar level rises very slowly. A man´s daily carbohydrate needs should be provided only as far as possible with high-quality foodstuffs. Reason: Carbohydrates are converted in the human body and will be stored in the liver and muscle cells. Here is the available space, the remaining carbohydrates will be converted into fat. For the consumer it is not always easy to see what kind of sugar is in food. By the ingredients will indicated always only the carbohydrate content.
